Mechanical Engineer & CAD Specialist

I’m Junaid Khan, I completed Mechanical Engineering with a passion for transforming complex challenges into innovative, real-world solutions. With over three years of hands-on experience, I specialize in mechanical design, CNC operations, and precision manufacturing.

My journey has been rooted in creating designs that don’t just look good on paper but function flawlessly in real-world applications. I’m proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, tools I use to craft detailed, manufacturable designs.

In the workshop, I operate CNC Waterjet, Plasma, and Cutting Machines, ensuring that every component is built with accuracy and efficiency.

I’ve completed over 100 projects, ranging from product development to reverse engineering and process improvement, always focused on solving real problems through thoughtful engineering.

I thrive in collaborative environments, where I bring both technical expertise and a creative mindset to the table.

Above all, I’m a believer in continuous learning, always exploring the latest tools and methods to deliver sustainable, high-quality solutions.

Mock-Up Project

A Mock-Up Project is a 3D visual representation of an existing or conceptual design, created to showcase how a product or machine will look and function before actual production. The main goal is to bring an idea to life by presenting a realistic model that helps in visualization, design evaluation, and further refinements.

In this project, I have focused on creating 3D versions of machines that are already being built. These mock-ups serve as a bridge between concept and reality, providing a detailed look at the final design before manufacturing. This approach helps engineers, designers, and stakeholders understand the product better, make necessary adjustments, and improve efficiency in the production process.

This process helps visualize how these projects work, making them easier to evaluate and communicate.
